Excellent customer-oriented service! Did not impose any additional services. Master - a professional with a capital letter! On the phone immediately identified the cause of the breakage, even though I pointed out a different reason in the application, the one that seemed to me. Arrived on the day in a day, all repaired, quickly, accurately, after the work, tested the machine and made sure all came in good condition, the cost of repairs was voiced immediately on the phone and in fact remained the same as it was stated! Very nice to know that there are still diligent professionals in Toronto who do not trick customers for money and do not try to take off the last shirt! I recommend them highly to everyone!

I contacted them about repairing the refrigerator and coffee machine. They said they would contact a different handyman, okay. As for the coffee machine: Arrived, an hour late (but the traffic in Toronto that day was noble), without looking or taking apart, let's try descaling, here we have a cool powder. We put it in, started it up, everything worked. But they took $50 for it. No paperwork, no receipts. The website quotes decalcification starting at $35. Then we called and found out it was $35 to $50. As for the refrigerator. They looked at it, asked around, recharged the system, and replaced the condenser. Started to cool. Took $75 left no paperwork, left. By evening the temperature began to rise, the next day it was already +30 inside. After contacting the manager, the other master came, found mistakes in the work of the previous master, redid the work, the refrigerator worked. The refrigerator worked again without any charge. The last repairman was great, I would gladly ask him again. My advice - ask for documentation of the services provided. If in doubt - call the manager, clarify whether the assigned value of the work. The owner is excellent at keeping up with the level of service and dealing with issues promptly. Masters in general are good and experienced, they try to get rid of the inept ones.
