Oddly enough, our appliances almost never break down. If there is something minor, then usually my husband can handle it, but this time the trouble came out of nowhere and our washing machine failed us Indesit. In fairness it should be said that my parents bought it back in 2005-2006, so nothing surprising that she broke, no. But nevertheless, pleasant in such a situation is not much. One good thing is that it broke not at the time of washing, but as if before it. That is, I loaded the laundry, detergent and started the program, but... absolutely nothing happened. Just nothing! And before that, it worked without any problems at all. So I had to call the master. I must say that I treat these things very responsibly and therefore, before choosing a company, conducted an investigation, read a lot of reviews, called my mother and finally chose this company. This company I liked the fact that they have the opportunity to call for a specific day, and I was not needed to tomorrow, but the day after tomorrow, although I wanted to order as soon as possible. It's great really, just make a note that the order is for a certain date and that's it, you just wait for the call. Next, in the morning (until exactly 9, since I was still asleep), I got a call from the master and said that he would come tentatively from 13 to 16 hours in the afternoon. In my opinion, a bit of a spread, but I understand that the repair - is such a thing that specific numbers is unrealistic, it is accepted! Then I got another call from a previous customer at 1:20 p.m. Great, I thought, I'll have time to clean up a little. And not even 20 minutes later the master was at my doorstep! It turned out that the master does not drive through the city, and worked in a particular area, that is, in any case, to get to me was not a long drive. This, by the way, is quite convenient. Next, the foreman shocked me when he gave up his slippers and pulled out his own booties from his backpack! To be honest, I've seen that for the first time. But I was pleasantly surprised. From tea the master, of course, refused, though I offered it mostly for the sake of formality. I showed him where our bathroom and washing machine - the culprit of all my troubles - were located and went to my other room. True, very soon the handyman came and explained that he had done the diagnostics, it would cost $50 without repair and you could pay right now or $30 after the repair. The repair was to solder a connection somewhere in the brain of the machine, because of which the buttons and the whole panel did not respond to my commands. I was surprised at first, if everything is clear, why do the diagnostics for such money (by the way, many reviews asked the same question), but it turned out that this problem almost certainly could lead to glitches in the menu after repair and then not only need repair, but also an urgent evacuation of my clothes from the washing machine and even repair the bathroom downstairs neighbors. Anyway, I said yes. And, you know, I was very satisfied. All the work with diagnostics came out to me at $90, and the washing machine now works at 100%, and I forgot that a few years ago it failed half of the modes (that is, the buttons were, but the program itself has jumped to the other). After repair, by the way, two days later I got another call from the company and asked how much the technician took, whether he gave me a receipt and did not offer his phone number. That is the kind of control. It is very convenient to give feedback to the foreman's management if I did not like something. But I liked everything and I recommend this company to others)

Let me answer point by point. A typical day at work for this company consists of receiving a request, leaving and repairing. There may be several departures, depending on your desire and time. 2. I learned how to repair dishwashers. Before coming here, I only fixed washing machines. You can get more money for dishwashers. 3. I can't say anything about the management. Stable company, stable salary. 4. Corporate culture - there were no corporate events. And in the team all on the road and therefore communication with colleagues you can say no. 5. 5. The most difficult part of my work is to do a long repairing, I can't fix something and I waste my time. 6. I don't know, I guess I get my salary)).
