First contacted Sanyccess on 10th May as we had a problem with our spa bath and requested a visit from an engineer. After many emails Rosana finally agreed to send an engineer but despite repeated requests today the 25 th June still no engineer and now she ignores our emails. Nice product when it works but rotten customer services when things go wrong. They advise you to have your spa bath serviced once a year but no appointed service engineers to carry out the service. Product looks good but that is where it starts and finishes!
