"Horrible customer service."

A month after my initial order I had no product and no contact from Illumn. I emailed and was told they hadn't shipped my order because they were out of one of the products. They said they could refund the item they didn't have (even though their site shows it in stock),and send the rest of my order. Another 20 days pass and now they aren't responding to emails and no-one answers their phone. Craig and Illumn have shitty customer service and I'm letting people know.
